Always have a hard time shopping here, some lovely staff and some bizarre staff. Maybe 60% of the time trying to shop late (10 minutes or so before close) I find they are shut, lights on but locked doors. I work late and I get that it can be hard especially with the high number of drunk folk they have to deal with but can’t a sober man get his butter and cheese? Anyway. Important to say they get a lot right and they all clearly work hard to keep it ticking along.

I understand security have a job to do but this stores security man’s actions where shocking. Trying to intimidate members of public with his version of “authority” by physically blocking their path as they’re trying to shop. After selecting and paying for my items I was faced with a stand off by this memeber of staff who instead of speaking carried on to stand in my way until he was told to move. Seeing previous reviews this seems to be an often occurrence. Will not be shopping here again.

Staff are about as useful as a chocolate teapot. Don't smile. Don't talk and it would be faster to go to b and q buy some paint - paint yhe wall and watch it dry. Pathetic

Always the best to pop in to do some shopping, making sure I've got a storecard as the discounts I regard are a great way of saving. For many that should be a craving before we continue to be waving good bye to the guy that did try. I was a bard but life became too hard. Convenient but pricy
