The staff are absolutely wonderful, so helpful, and incredibly friendly. Whether I have a quick question about a specific feed or need detailed advice on a new product, they always go above and beyond. Their genuine enthusiasm for animals really shines through, making every visit a pleasure. ​For puppy owners, their Saturday morning puppy social group is an absolute game-changer. It's a fantastic initiative that provides a safe and fun environment for young dogs to socialise, learn, and grow their confidence. Very helpful staff. Helped me find a food that I am able to consistently give my Golden Retriever with no upset tummy. I brought him in as a puppy too to attend their fabulous socialising sessions.
