The Groom Room Harrogate

Excellent service by the girls at the groom room. They did a great job of my German Shepherd “Monty”. I have never used a professional groomers before but I will be back. Also it was cheaper than stated on the website, many thanks 😄.

Been using the groom room for many years now, and the service has been perfect each time. They handle my dog (dogs when had 2) with such care and his cut always looks stunning each time. The staff are always smiling and really nice people too.

Excellent service! The staff are hard working, extremely patient, and very caring towards our dog Lottie, who is not a fan of anything to do with vets or groomers. Highly recommended.

Been taking my pup here since her first groom and won’t go anywhere else now, she’s been for a few puppy grooms since and the girls are incredible with her every time. I never have to worry while she’s there, incredible final result as well as being at a reasonable price!

Poor overall customer service. It's clear this branch of the groom room isn't bothered about excelling in any form of customer service. Now I know why it has a poor Google rating compared to other grooming parlors in Harrogate.
