Ollie was fast, efficient and just totally helpful when I showed up with my new phone unable to connect to EE (because Apple's stupid instructions 'broke' my SIM card). I'd give more stars if I could because his help -- and my new SIM -- cost nothing. Really, really pleased with EE for this. Thanks, Ollie!

Josh helped me purchase a new phone with a new contract and managed to help transfer everything from my 7 year old phone onto a new one. He was very kind, calm and helpful! The store itself was lovely clean and cool! Thanks Harrogate EE team

After receiving a new phone from my Husband as a present .I left it in the box for about 5 months..fearful of losing data from my old faithful phone . Eventually old faithful began to dye..so I had no choice but to pop into EE..( I have a monthly contract with them) I was greeted and seated swiftly by Ricardo..who reassured me none of my data,e mails, photos, apps would be lost on the transfer....I can honestly say I was amazed at how fast, professionally and easy it all was...Ricardo flitted about seeing to other customers, but keeping an eye on the progress of the phone transferring. I left feelling silly I'd left it so long..shout out for Ricardo..relaxed, professional and charming.

My friend and I called in. We had a problem with our phones not connecting (we couldn’t call each other). Whilst we didn’t need to buy anything, the guy who served us treated us as valued customers - checked both our phones; identified the problem (our error ☺️); and fixed it. Wonderful customer service
