Fast becoming my favourite shoe store - A great selection for both children and adults. The team at Harrogate are always very happy to help. I have only dealt with customer services on one occasion and was dealt with personally by 'Zoe Warran' who was very helpful. I look forward to purchasing further shoes for our family from this store during 2018 and into the future.

Bought a pair of mens brogues as present for relative, sold to me in tattered old box. Customer Service tel line even worse told me if i dont like it return back to store. No alternative box given.
