My friend and I went in today, 15.02.24. She was looking for boots. After a very short conversation with one of the staff regarding her needs, the same staff member disappeared suddenly to answer her personal mobile phone, which had started ringing!! There was no apology. There were only 2 other customers in the shop, one paying for her goods, and the other trying on footwear. We were disgusted, and left!! Appalling customer service. We won't be back.
Good for more ‘medical’ type footwork, though not relaxing or luxurious in any great way. Not sure £35 for 20 mins is value for money. Just an honest review.
The only shop I will use for trainers always nice staff.
