Whistles

Having had a disastrous online experience at Whistle including my order not being processed, having to chase constantly and experiencing totally inadequate customer services I called into the Harrogate store. Imogen took control, chased my order and was instrumental in getting me a full refund and sourcing the cross body bag in the Edinburgh store. She is truly fabulous, a great listener, dynamic, with excellent people skills. She is calm, positive and adaptable and restored my faith in the brand. Sorry Whistles, but you really need more of Imogen. Thanks to her I am still a customer.

The staff offered to help me find the perfect item to suit my needs. They were very friendly and provided excellent service! I left with a stunning jacket, perfect for my graduation ceremony and a versatile wear for both casual and formal occasions!

A really lovely shopping experience. Pleasant, friendly and very helpful staff, totally different from a lot of stores I’ve visited. We were welcomed into the store, told nicely to ask if help needed, and left to browse. The manager was excellent, the staff so well trained, just a pleasure from start to finish. I was made aware that if I signed up for emails I would get a 15% discount…..brilliant. Looking forward to returning next time we’re in Harrogate. ❤️

Excellent members of staff, very helpful in getting the right sizes and bringing them on numerous occasions to the changing rooms. Also bringing different items of clothing to see if I liked them which is always nice as it shows that they are knowledgeable about what they sell and what would suit someone. Excellent service all round.
