Fantastic service. Soake has been providing us umbrellas for display in Coppergate for several years now. The quality of the product and flexibility of service are brilliant and they seem to be able to accommodate our every brolly request.

Broke the handle on our Soake umbrella which we had enjoyed for a number of years. Emailed the company and the Managing Director responded promptly and sent us a free replacement handle in the post which arrived a week later! Fantastic product and customer service.

Poorly made and bad quality. Bits started to come off since first time use. Cost me 23 pound for less than five time use.
