A lovely little tea shop on the top floor. A hidden gem. Good for quiet cup of tea and cake. All the cakes are great and the rocky road is superb. Service is always friendly, polite and as helpful as possible. Highly recommended.

The Arcade is a beautiful place, topped by the Harrogate Tea Rooms upstairs which is the very best place to be, to relax with a freshly brewed cup of tea or coffee. The scones are the best I've ever had and all the food is freshly made and totally delicious. The service is friendly, courteous and relaxed while still being professional. It's definitely the best place to be .
