It was very busy in the store today and I witnessed 2 hardworking staff being slagged off by a customer today. It was totally uncalled for. I found them both to be polite and very helpful. The store is clean, tidy and well stocked. I was able to find just the right thermos flask for my Grandson. Thank you ladies for all your hard work.

I was served by Donna in the store today. She was absolutely amazing. Superb customer service, excellent product knowledge. Trespass is very lucky to have a manager like her. Plus I’m very happy with my new shoes. Such a shame that it looks like the Harrogate store will be closing.

We experienced excellent customer service in the Harrogate branch over the half term. The staff were both friendly and knowledgeable, and we felt the clothes were exactly the high quality we needed, but at really reasonable prices. We found everything we needed too. I honestly couldn't find fault.

Went in on spec to see if they had winter / Arctic clothing on sale in June. Both staff members scoured the store room and found virtually everything we needed. Above and beyond just doesn’t do them justice. What they didn’t have was negativity. But they had great attitude and the prices really surprised us in a very good way. Somehow think we’ll be going back.

Bought a pair of trousers in the sale but they were too tight! Ruth was so helpful, phoning another branch that had a larger size to check they were still in stock and even going to collect them! Fabulous customer service! Thank you Ruth!
