ALDI Harrogate I had a nightmare experience today. In the store, I was discriminated against as RACHEL's assistant store manager and ANDREW's store manager. They behaved rudely, inappropriately and violated human rights. Hopefully ALDI management will figure it out soon. I await an apology. In my opinion the team at Aldi Harrogate are INADEQUATE (perhaps the stupidity of the team is due to inadequate managers). I recommend everyone to visit Lidl Harrogate. The LIDL staff is always nice. When I shop at Lidl, I always get a gift and a 10 percent loyalty discount with Lidl plus. I shop here every week. Could it be better? Thank you Lidl Harrogate

Just had an tannoy announcement, till 7 is opening. Unpacked everything, then was advised that till cannot process alcohol, I had one bottle of whiskey. Had to queue at another till, at the back of it. Why can't they mention it in the tannoy announcement?

It's all changed about when the last time I went there and wish they had it simple so u can understand what you can get and have a app where it can help u with pricing things up but apart from that everything lovely in there I love the xl pop (coke or pepsi) drink they my fave and it's all spread out so u can choose what u wanting

2 out of 3 times I've been here now and it looks like Armageddon. Busy as anything, car park completely full but most importantly NOTHING ON THE SHELVES. Like I say it's the third visit now over a year and things are still the same, please hire some more shelf stackers or build a bigger store.

All Aldis are splendid; for choice, special offers and efficient customer service. I’m reviewing Ourense store in Galicia, but my local store in Yorkshire is equally excellent !
