I bought a cake from Lidl and unfortunately it was moldy, even though it hadn’t reached its expiration date yet. Very disappointing experience. I hope product quality checks will be improved

Amazing store Lidl in Harrogate. The staff are always nice. When I shop at a Lidl store, I always get gifts and a 10 percent discount for loyalty with "Lidl Plus". I shop here every week. Could it be any better? Thank you Lidl Harrogate

It's okay staff are friendly but wish they had some self checkouts so I can nip in for a few bits without having to wait 15 minutes for the one checkout person they usually have on.

While the prices are great here, it comes with some qualifications. Some items are great at a nice price but I don't find the quality consistent ... I don't trust many of the brands because when I get home I find they're not very good or tasty. A good price is only good when you like what you're buying. Nice carpark and the staff are fine ... but not a bad shopping experience when the store isn't busy (not so nice when it is!). Like everyone, I think my favourite is middle bit with all the items which remind me of a car boot or a market stall. Nice prices on these and you don't know what you'll find.
