What a joke. Shop everyday here but not again. Got what I needed went to till it come to payment so I got cash out of my pocket in front of elderly guy with glasses . He watched me but as I pulled a tenner out a bit of it ripped off. “Oh I can’t take that” he says. Whatttt you’ve just watched me. I had card in car but thought nah not getting my money. Come on mistakes can happen.

They always been friendly with me love chatting to me every time I come in good prices but it is depends on what u wanting and got quite nice stuff I go here all the time and they easy going will happy come here again

I can't thank the staff at this sainsburys enough. I was travelling back from my holiday in the Lake District and stopped here to pick up a few bits to continue my journey. I accidently left my rucksack in the carpark and travelled home without it. It contained diabetes medications and other important things. It was handed in by someone just as kind as the staff here. As I live so far south, travelling back to get it would have been a 6 hour round trip. So I asked if they could post it to me which they kindly did. I received my rucksack with everything still in it. It would have been a different story if this had happened down south. This and other experiences i have had up north have proved people are far more friendlier up north. Top service. Thankyou to the person who handed it in and the staff who organised sending it back.

This place is a little gem. Much bigger on the inside than you'd imagine, has all the essentials and a great stock of wines, pricing is really keen and service is the best. The staff on the tills are always polite and helpful and can pack your bag if needed. Such a contrast to Aldi. Carpark is tight though.

Customer service training required. I asked the young lady at the till if she couldnt place my items in the bag I had just bought. Response 'I suppose I can if ya want me too'. Charming.
