Waitrose & Partners

Ordered from Waitrose via Uber Eats and received a food item wrapped in cling film with the original plastic seal missing. This is completely unacceptable and a serious food hygiene concern. When I contacted Waitrose, they refused to take responsibility and instead blamed Uber Eats, despite the packaging clearly being handled by the store. Shockingly poor accountability for a basic food safety issue.

Waitrose is the best supermarket a great shopping experience. Very helpful friendly staff. Only one negative, I used to be a code checker (checking dates on items) and pointed out to a staff member that the milk had not Been stock rotated, hopefully the member putting out stock received training.

Shocking service! I went in to the store after a long day at work simply wanting to enjoy a nice cold monster for those who don’t know it’s a cold energetic beverage. I’m clearly over age I have a set of car keys and even offered to collect my id from the vehicle. After this they continued to be disrespectful and charged me full price for a meal deal when I had a drink crisps and a wrap yet the drink was taken off me and didn’t even offer to get me another one. Shocking service I would not be returning to this self entitled selfish and disgusting behaviour of a store. And lastly anyone who reads this STAY AWAY!! There’s no chicken drum sticks and if you are lucky to find any it charges you £10.36 when the shelf says £4.50

Nice massive shop. Very tidy and really well-set-up. You can find any type of groceries you are after. They have a nice section for fresh meat and another for fresh fish as well. You have to get there early though 😉 They also have a decent costumers parking. The building looks pretty from outside as well as from inside indeed 😊

Practically one of the few shops in Harrogate where you can find all you need to top quality standards. Recommended!
