After years of dealing with stateside IT firms that overpromised and underdelivered, I finally did what any rational person would do—I hopped the pond. And let me tell you, finding Integral IT was like discovering that tea can actually be strong enough to fix your problems. We’re an interior architecture firm in Charlotte, NC that lives and dies by the reliability of AutoCAD, Revit, and heavy-duty 3D rendering tools, so we don’t exactly have the luxury of downtime or excuses. Josh Askew, our main point of contact, has been an absolute rockstar—his Microsoft 365 wizardry is unmatched, and his ability to explain complex setups without sounding like a robot from an IT helpdesk script is a gift. The man deserves a crown. Or at least his own SharePoint site. And there’s Simon Park—equal parts hilarious and brilliant. I’m still recovering from the time he casually implied that the Royal Air Force might be superior to the United States Air Force. I’ve chosen to let that slide (for now), only because everything else he said was spot-on. Since switching to Integral, our Microsoft 365 environment is finally secure, streamlined, and working the way it should. They’ve helped us upgrade licenses, transition from an old-school legacy provider, deploy stronger security policies, and eliminate the “just reboot it” culture that plagues so many American IT companies. If you’re a business looking for a strategic, knowledgeable, and surprisingly relatable human IT partner, look no further than Integral. Recently had Integral IT attend our company business conference over 3 days to enable 2 factor authentication on everyone's profiles. They were very professional and managed to get the job done without disruption to the day to day running of our company. They overcame people not knowing their passwords and/or phone numbers to complete the job in the small amounts of time given to them before the meeting started, during a short 10 minute break and a half hour lunch. I find all the Team at Integral IT are very friendly, approachable and willing to assist.

We have worked with Integral IT for a number of years now and they have provided a great support for our Financial Planning Business. They look after all of our IT needs and have helped us navigate to remote working and a move to over to SharePoint. The support team always respond quickly to any queries that we raise and the ticket system that they operate is a great way for us to be able to keep track of where we are with any queries raised. Its good to know that our IT and systems are in safe hands to protect us and our clients.

Integral IT has been managing our business server network for some time now and I highly recommend the Secure & Manage Service. Andrew Johnson continues to be of great technical help as we take a proactive approach to our business security with Cyber Essential attainment and malware/ransom protection.
