We had a very good experience with Mark and Sarah. Very professional and caters for all budgets. It certainly opened my eyes to what was possible in terms of home automation. We now have a 'smart home' and we didnt need to go crazy on spend...slick lighting, a cinema room, central heating controls (all on an app!) and a very capable security system including intercom means our house is 20 times more user friendly and 'future proof' than if we had gone down a more traditional route. RIS's tech guys (Andy and Karl) were also great and have sorted any little niggles post installation which is often the area where other installers fall down...after sales service! I recently engaged Robinsons Integrated to carry out works to automate my home, install an integrated sound system and home cinema. I found them to be very knowledgeable and professional throughout. They advised me of the best system to meet my needs and felt they were sensibly priced. I am extremely satisfied with the end result and would definitely recommend them.

RIS were great in helping us to think of ideas we would never have thought of by ourselves. Areas such as lighting control and the amazing mood lighting we now have, transformed the look and feel of the home. Used this outfit recently, very disappointed with their poor knowledge of automation. Their engineers are at best electricians and should not be dealing with automation. Found their pricing high compared to other automation users in the Harrogate area. Useless, suggest you avoid.

My experience was very disappointing Poor automation knowledge. I found that their engineers blame everything and everybody else who has worked at the house for anything not straight forward - before you post a reply saying that you have no record of my email address, just focus on training your staff rather than looking for customers to blame
