I've used Techbuyer previously at another company I worked for, so I gave them a call today to order a network switch. Grace followed up by email to process the order, I paid right away, and from payment to delivery took just one hour. We’re only about 20 minutes away, and were originally told it would arrive the next day, so same-day delivery was a great surprise. Really impressed with the team’s speed and service. Honestly a fantastic experience from start to finish enquired through live chat about a system and within 20 minutes had actual pictures of the system in my email and placed my order. Had numerous follow up emails ensuring all was well and if I had any issues or concerns to reach out top class service would highly recommend.

In Leeds to install servers into DC, after working overnight, the orginal supplier gave us the wrong rails. We spoke to Luciano at 9am on a Saturday who while we slept, got the stock in the warehouse sorted and by 3pm they called us back (after texting to make sure we were awake) and we were on our way picking up the rails we needed from the warehouse. Mick was waiting for us and gave us the rails we needed. Oh and he was there when the weather was horrid. Without them our weekend would of been a bust and a wasted trip from Scotland. Thanks again.

I came across Techbuyer when I was looking for some components for my Dell laptop. I ordered a refurbished SSD, which I would have thought was brand new because of its quality.
