Fantastic team and operation. Needed to replace laptop and printer, had been to other places but they just wanted to SELL. TPSL took time to ask us just what we needed to do with it, and asked what knowledge we already had. Once they understood what we required I felt like a massive weight had been lifted off my shoulders. Joel was so kind and spoke to us in a way we could understand, he reassured us that he and the team would be with us every step off the way, and always at the end of a phone. True to their word everything was set up, ready for our collection and things explained, but best of all told to go and play with the machine and if we had a problem to call. We had a problem with the printer not talking to the laptop. TPSL tried to fix it remotely, unable too do so so sent someone out the same day. Fixed and sorted. Highly recommend TPSL

I am very happy to recommend TPSL without hesitation. Not only were they quick to understand our particular business needs and to engineer a solution accordingly, I have also found them to be very much to be relied upon in an emergency. Not only that but they now manage our telecoms for us, saving a small fortune when compared to our previous supplier. As a very small company, we simply cannot afford to be offline for more than a minute as our revenue suffers immediately. I am pleased to report however that on the very few occasions we have suffered outages, TPSL have leapt into action to save the day. I think as a small business themselves they have a true appreciation of how important it is to avoid downtime for any reason. Congratulation TPSL. Really impressed with the level of service and friendly team. I emailed an enquiry and had a response within an hour from one of their tech experts - I had contacted several repair shops & several never got back to me, TPSL were one of 3 who did and having done a bit of research I decided to use them based on reviews. Really glad I did, they charged me a lot less than I expected, checked another laptop for me as a good will gesture and completed the work within a few hours. I spoke with two front of house ladies who were really lovely, and one of the tech guys came out to speak with me and he was great too. All round can't fault them and would use them again without hesitation
