Jan and Mark are excellent hosts. Ideal for walking into Harrogate. Honesty bar is a great idea. Home made jams with breakfast. Clean and tidy room. Bit of noise between rooms, but it's an old building so expect noise to travel. Certainly be back again

Just had a wonderful 3 night stay at Arden House. Location is just perfect a short walk into the town to all the amenities. The room was perfect, clean and spacious. Breakfast was out of this world. Plenty to choose from and everything was so fresh and beautifully cooked and presented. Jan & Mark were amazing making you so welcome and sharing all there knowledge about Harrogate and advising places to visit and things to do and places to eat and drink. Harry's walking tours is a must. What a kind and funny gentleman. He is so interesting and the knowledge of Harrogate he shares with you is outstanding. Lovely warm welcome from Jan. Easy parking Great location from the centre of town. Fantastic breakfast by Mark and Jan - no need for lunch! Just a coffee from one of the excellent independent coffee shops- of which there are many in Harrogate

10 minute walk to bus station and centre of town. Quiet location and easy to park. Wonderful hosts who really make a stay here perfect. Many larger hotels could learn a lot from this clean well kept establishment. Comfortable rooms with good showers and excellent breakfast. Lovely B and B .
