Get everything in writing. If I was just rating our stay here, it would probably be five stars. Great location (we stayed in the Sanderson Suite). The office was very responsive to maintenance issues, parking was easy. The mid week clean could be better with more trash bags, but over all we were not unhappy. However, when I made the initial booking, it was for 'long' term - we were hoping for two months. We are in the middle of a very stressful situation with 2 cats, one that only has 3 legs and is not handling moving very well. I spoke on the phone with someone when I booked it who made it sound like we could stay as long as we needed to, we were only limited by their system that could only book a certain number of days in a row. Fast forward to the end of those certain days, and nightspace has no memory of the conversation. We are just told that we need to be out, they are running a business, and they don't care about our situation. They booked someone else and new bookings are more important then current bookings. It was just really cold. Not even a, "I'm so sorry there was a miss communication." Just an email with red font like I'm too stupid to understand my own living situation. I'm still just so confused, more then anything. We found a new place and my cat is doing better then expected. But I don't understand why this even happened.
