We stayed for a medical convention in the conference centre that was less than a 5 minute walk away. Extremely convenient location from there, the train station and The Ivy etc. The accommodations communal space was well decorated and the bathroom was beautifully refurbished. The rooms were tidied every day and the hot drinks replenished. We had breakfast every morning which was also excellent and the two girls that cooked/served breakfast were absolutely wonderful. I would highly recommend for a business or weekend getaway and it was excellent value for money.
Great room. Couple of cosmetic issues in bathroom but nothing major. Very comfy beds and pillows. 5 minutes walk to town. Only saw waitress at breakfast. So literally a b&b. Let yourself in with code. Everything clean and tidy. Bit of noise from traffic as busy road but didn't bother us much
Absolutely beautiful property, so tastefully decorated and inkeeping with the period of the house. Rooms are super clean and have everything you need. Beds and bedding really comfy and cosy. Our room also had a lovely big bay window with a pleasant view. Breakfast was delicious with lots of choice, staff were lovely, friendly and helpful.Can't wait to come back. 👌
Really impressed with everything here. The communication about the keypad entry was excellent & the room was spotless. Some lovely touches such as an alarm clock & fan & the power shower was amazing. The breakfast & service were also really good. The small, steep car park at the rear may prove tricky for some. A 5 minute walk into town. Would definitely stay here again.
My sister, friends and I felt that our stay lacked the personal touch we received when we last stayed with you. We were also disappointed that there was no fruit or anything else to enjoy with the natural yoghurt you had on offer. Having a hazelnut allergy means that shop bought granola is out of the question. The bed in room 4 has a huge dip in the mattress, which led to a very uncomfortable night's sleep and the bracket joining the divan sections together grazed my leg on two occasions, when getting out of bed. Also, we were kept awake throughout the night by the sound of water running through pipework.
