I have stayed here on three occasions and it always meets my expectations: very welcoming, comfortable and complete. It feels like home away from home with more luxury because of the full English breakfast and the personal care. Look forward to going back soon!
Exceptionally clean with plentiful food. I had to stay in 3 places because a relative was taken ill and I had up stay longer than expected. The owners were amazing and I can't thank them enough.
This a quiet and nice guest house, the room was comfortable and served our purpose. The food was great and the location was good, just 5 mins walk to the Harrogate Convention Centre. It’s about 15 mins walk to the heart of the town with shops, restaurants, train and bus station. Tracey, the owner is a lovely person who is ready to go to whole mile to ensure your stay is memorable. I will use again and recommend this place.
Room 11 - Absolutely spotless ! Beautiful spacious room with delightful hot powerful shower en-suite. Bed was extra comfortable. Tracy was welcoming and super helpful. Great location. 2 night stay and would have stayed longer if I could ! Clear instructions regarding parking and entrance pass. Sound proofing was brilliant - hardly heard any other guests even though it was full. Super fast free WiFi was an extra bonus. Would give more stars if I could !
Have been coming her every year when I come up for a Conference. We always get a lovely welcome. It is handy for the conference centre and town. And the breakfasts are second to none. I would highly recommend it as a place to stay. The beds are so comfortable. Would recommend for Business or Holiday.
