Can’t recommend this B & B enough! Not only is it perfectly situated for Harrogate and all it offers, but there’s parking right outside, the rooms are so very comfortable and the couple running it are so superb. The breakfast is sublime and you can understand why people rave about it. Sue goes out of her way to ensure, she uses the very best local produce. She can tell you exactly where the eggs, bacon, sausage, black pudding and all come from, who supplies and when. This adds to the authenticity of this superb start to the day. The extra little touches like, a snack bar in with the ample tray of tea bags, Harrogate bottled water and all. The high quality fresh bedding and towels, make this a wonderful and memorable stay.

We just wanted to thank Sue you for her wonderful hospitality. We really enjoyed our stay and will certainly be recommending you to anyone thinking of coming to Harrogate. We took the room with the Kingsze bed which is directly above the lounge at the front of the house.... try it and enjoy the surprise you'll find in the wardrobe (well, what you might think is the wardrobe.. I'll leave it at that!!). Although our lovely, well appointed and spacious room faced the busy Kings Road, we heard no noise and slept in the super comfy beds like babies!!!! Great breakfast, nothing too much to ask. I really hope we are in Harrogate again soon so that we can enjoy this great B&B once again.

A conveniently located B&B, just a short walk to the town centre. Friendly owners. My room was quite small but had everything one needs...tea/coffee, mineral water, TV & much appreciated a magnifying mirror. The bathroom was small but adequate. I didn't have breakfast which was £10.

A hidden gem in Harrogate. Lovely room with everything that you would need even a hot water bottle & electric blanket if it gets chilly. Wonderful friendly hosts where nothing is too much trouble. The Yorkshire breakfast is excellent with all local fresh produce. All this is set in beautiful front garden very welcoming.
