A long weekend in Harrogate at The Franklin. The en suite room was very spacious, the bed was very comfortable. There was tea & coffee facilities in the room, fresh milk in the fridge and flapjacks. Breakfast was excellent, full Yorkshire cooked or cereals to choose between, served with tea or coffee and a glass of orange juice. Dan and Felicity couldn’t have done anymore to make us feel welcome. The hotel is a short walk from the centre of Harrogate, parking at the hotel is nice and easy, as when we arrived Dan gave us a permit to park right outside. Highly recommend this hotel for a warm welcome, comfy bed and delicious breakfast. Would definitely stay here again.
What a great place! My room was spotless, warm & comfortable with an excellent en suite. The breakfast is wonderful: with a real pot of tea! And very handy for Harrogate town centre. Thoroughly recommended by me, anyway. Very friendly hosts.
We stayed in room five for one night. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean. The owner could not have been more helpful and the breakfast five star. In walkable distance to Harrogate with lots of shops, restaurants and bars.
Great place to stay if in Harrogate, Dan will look after your every need, serves up a lovely breakfast every day that sets you up for the day . Warm clean and quiet at night with good facilities.I would use again definitely. Recommend.
Lovely B&B.... Dan & Felicity were perfect hosts. Delicious breakfast in the morning. Bonus of having a parking permit for the road outside as lots of bigger hotels are extortionate in their parking prices. The room ws comfy & clean. Definitely needed the fan on the 1st night as extremely hot. We thoroughly enjoyed our 5 night stay & would use The Franklin again for sure
