Genuinely lovely experience that left all of us incredibly relaxed. I was a bit worried that there wouldn't be enough to do for the 2 hours of the baths session but with a graduated increase in heat with frequent plunges in the pool and lots of chat, the time flew by! The Victorian architecture is awe inspiring and the fact that so many of the features are original provides a direct link with those that came to try the healing waters generations before us. We didn't try any treatments but would definitely give those a go when we come back!
This place is incredible, it's historic and so beautiful. We had a very enjoyable and relaxing experience. I'd definitely go again. The staff are friendly and helpful.
The sauna space is great, three rooms with different temperatures. And cold plunge and pool to enjoy the transition from hot to cold. Had two hours to enjoy the facilities. They offer lockers to put your stuff and you can't take pictures obviously.I never felt so relaxed. They also have massages and other treatments.
I had the Aromatic massage with Katherine. She was wonderful! One of the best massages I've ever had. Excellent review for Katerine. My only review of the room was it was a little cold so I'd prefer a warm cosy room. But couldn't fault Katherine personally. I'd definitely recommend booking her again.
I absolutely love this place! It’s so relaxing and calm. I had a fantastic neck, shoulders and back massage from Sonia and afterwards I felt as if I were floating! Plus the baths themselves are beautiful spaces which transport you to another world. All the staff are friendly and helpful too. Shall definitely return
