Yeah pretty solid 4 star. Friendly staff which were very helpful and proactive coming up to me informing I could enter, small things like that. Clean and decent toilets but a bit aged inside, art deco done on a budget or something I’m not sure just doesn’t feel proper art deco which is usually a bit premium feeling, don’t really get the other reviews about this as a “art deco” cinema it just feels more budget outdated than art deco. The main reason though is that the cinema isn’t very modern inside and speakers aren’t properly Dolby surround or anything like that. I also paid extra for a premium seat with extra leg room but was sat in front of a wooden pillar, aisle opposite had more leg room and better positioning and wasn’t even premium! Try to avoid booking online and ask staff for help picking best available seat. Overall pretty cute cinema and friendly and helpful staff. Is it a luxury art deco cinema? No. Is it a modern state of the art Dolby? No. Does it do everything well? Yes

While the seats could do with a modern refurb, the fantastic employees make this cinema a great experience They're kind, attentive and clearly take pride in their roles, these are qualities I find hard to come across When many Vue cinemas are becoming self service, the employees at this Odeon are a prime example of why people are happy to pay a little extra to have real people during their cinema experience

Went but was told we were watching one film and instead watching another. At the start of the film and employee came out and said that instead of home alone 2 we were watching home alone 1, still good but just wish we had been told before as we'd watched it the night before in preparation for number 2. Good service though very polite about movie change.

Clean and gave vibes of old cinema set up. Pricing reasonable. Worth visiting if you want to watch a film.

Two gentlemen at the ticket offices were very nice. Nice atmosphere in the cinema. But there was a very not nice bodyguard who blew up to the child that she could not lean her legs on the seat and she had her shoes pulled down so as not to dirty the seat, he made a walk around the room during the screening, and when people in the middle of the film began to argue, he did not even pay attention to them. She also used her phone during the movie and he regarded her to put the phone away but her brightness on the phone was all the way down and additionally, she had a privacy screen protector so no one next to her could see the light coming out the phone - no was was in the behind row either. No sound was coming out - no distractions to the people in the room. Pathetic. the child after the movie cried because bodyguard it is so rude…..
