Lovely paintings but the worst customer service I've received in any of their galleries. Repeatedly ignored by the staff who seemed to be chatting to their mates. Despite making eye contact they repeatedly walked past us. Genuinely would have made a purchase but with that level of service will go elsewhere. When we did eventually say something we got an apology but the offer of a 5% discount to try and appease us was insulting to be honest
Today I had one of the best experiences of customer service I have ever had in my life. A lady called brionny served me. She had unbelievably knowledgeable. She answered all of my many questions and made me feel like I mattered. Although I have very limited knowledge of the art world I was confident that brionny had my back. I felt that brionny was honest and trustworthy and wanted to provide me with an amazing experience. You all need to experience the same as me and visit this gallery. I will be buying from brionny.
Just to feedback what a lovely guy James is! Very personable and if my wife wasn’t with me I’d have bought another piece!!
Beautiful gallery, lady who I spoke with had amazing knowledge and suggested really interesting artists based on what I told her.
Excellent artworks, great staff who are very knowledgeable, helpful and attentive. Well worth a visit.
