Public bridleway takes you right to it from Fulwith Mill Lane. Just find somewhere considerate to park and walk to the end of Fulwith Mill Lane, at the end bear right and walk to the end and follow the path. The walk will take you to the Viaduct and beneath it, coming out back on the path you took in a circular walk.
