Nice design on this water tower. Nearby are great views over the whole of Harrogate along Panorama Walk and The Pinewoods. All worth a look if you're in the area.

Grade 2 listed building. Built in 1902 by engineer Edward Wilson Dixon. The public footpath goes right along beside it but it is fenced off. Path leads to woods. Pleasant views of surrounding area.

You can visit the tower for free when it is open for Heritage Open Days, usually the 2nd weekend in September. Obviously very weather dependent, but if you get good visibility the views are great.
