I recently attended a brand new yoga class led by Anne-Marie Burford, and I found it transformative. The session beautifully combined breath work with yoga Nidra, creating a deeply calming and restorative experience. Anne-Marie’s many years of teaching yoga shone through in her approach; she brought a depth of knowledge and a gentle confidence that immediately put you at ease. What made this class truly special was how Anne-Marie integrated the latest breathing techniques she has been studying into the practice. Her commitment to continued learning and refinement of her teaching is evident, and it added a fresh layer to the traditional yoga experience. I felt completely safe and supported throughout the session. Anne-Marie’s presence is reassuring, and her guidance is clear, compassionate, and grounded in expertise. This class is a gift for anyone seeking a moment of stillness, healing, and reconnection with themselves. I love the new breath work and yoga Nidra class with Anne-Marie which is available on zoom as well as in the studio each Thursday. I have always enjoyed the studio yoga Nidra but recently have not been able to attend. It is such a blessing to enjoy this class via zoom. It was extremely relaxing and I am looking forward to week 2. It's a lovely community to be part of and the zoom makes it possible to be connected no matter how time restricted I am. It is the perfect way to unwind after a busy day and re-connect with self and inner peace. I highly recommend this class.

So glad to be back at the Yorkshire Centre for Wellbeing! After a long break since having my son, I was so warmly welcomed back by James and Kelly Anne. The class was just as incredible as I remembered, if not better. You can tell that the owners and staff truly live and breathe what they teach. They are a shining example of how yoga and mindfulness can make your life more fulfilling. Thank you for everything you do ❤️🙏

Having done yoga for years I’ve recently started the beginners Pilates class with James and I love it! My body feels stronger and more stable which is great. Classes are challenging but there are always plenty of options given for all different kinds of bodies. I will definitely continue.

My first Pilates class and I thoroughly enjoyed it all. James gave clear instructions about the different experience levels of the moves. This was really helpful, because I could stretch myself in my ability in the moves safely. The class was calm and relaxing. I will definitely be booking more classes.
