I’m so grateful I found Georgie’s pregnancy yoga classes. Her calm, caring teaching style helped me relax, connect with my baby, and feel more prepared for labour. Each session was a special part of my pregnancy, and I’d recommend her classes over and over again. Thank you, Georgie! – Grace

An excellent yoga class for men and women alike. Georgie is friendly, gentle and considerate of your individual needs. Carpeted room's warm and comfortable with kitchen annexe. NB classes are usually fully booked so check with Georgie before attending. John
