Thirley Cotes Farm Cottages

2nd time of visiting here and booked the same cottage Pear Tree Cottage. Lovely welcome pack, which included lovely bread,milk, wine, local marmalade biscuits. They even kindly swapped the dolce gusto coffee machine for a nespresso Machine. Bed is really comfortable, cottage well equipped and a smart TV, so can use your own prime or Netflix logins

We stayed in Willow Cottage for a week in early September with our Border Collie and had a brilliant stay. It was the best cottage we've ever stayed in with a lovely hot tub. Ideal for visiting Whitby and Scarborough. We'll be back

Lovely peaceful place. We stayed in Peartree but other family also had walnut and willow and all 3 cottages were lovely and clean. We had use of the hot tubs in Peartree and willow and such a nice extra. The surroundings were picturesque and the whole place is beautifully kept. The staff we met were polite and helpful. Would definitely recommended staying here if visiting North Yorkshire.

Excellent hosts, great night sleep, excellent silence I've never experienced before. Highly recommend. If you want a very secluded night away then here it is.

I organised a surprise 70th birthday celebration, for my husband, at Sycamore Cottage. It’s always a gamble when booking a place you’ve not seen, a leap of faith, but Sycamore cottage proved perfect for this event, I need not have worried. It’s spacious, comfortable, safe, well equipped was spotless and is situated in the most beautiful countryside, with a 20mins ye drive to the coastal beaches. We enjoyed the hot tub- which was prepped with fresh water before our arrival and checked each day. The cooking facilities were more than adequate for 9 guests, there were plenty of bathrooms for us all ( tho one in the upstairs living area, would have been useful) and both Jenny and Sharon were helpful, friendly, efficient and accommodating. Although the garden space isn’t huge, there was enough room for us all to enjoy a bbq outside and plenty of room for the dogs and children to run around on the land surrounding the complex. It really was the perfect choice for this event. A big thank you to all involved with our booking.
