Totley Library has been our go-to spot since my kids were little. It’s a vibrant, cosy place with books for all ages and a great range of regular activities and events—something for every member of the family. The volunteers are always lovely and helpful, and each time I visit, I discover something new to love. Huge thanks to the wonderful team who make it all possible—my girls are so lucky to have access to such a brilliant community resource so close to home.💕

I went only once to register myself, because I've just moved to Totley. But I hope to come back many more times. It's a lovely library, cozy and has a lot to offer for the community.

Volunteer-run free library. Good stock of books to borrow, also secondhand books and jigsaws to buy to keep the library running. Local artists's work on display and for sale. Lots of special events and regular film nights.

Volunteer run library. Nicely laid out, decent sized children's area close enough to the adult section that you don't worry about them wandering off, but divided up enough to clearly section off the two spaces. About five or six computers available to go online/do paperwork/print out etc. Accessible toilet that isn't guarded by Cerberus [unlike the one at Darnall library]. Lovely library to visit.
