Everything you want in a B&B. Located on the edge of town but easy walking distance into Hawes. Rooms are on the 2 d floor of this beautiful 3 story semi-detached Victorian home. Jan and Wayne were welcoming hosts. Breakfast was excellent. Rooms were roomy and well maintained. Highly recommend!

This is the perfect place to stay. Wayne & Jan are great hosts, warm,friendly & helpful. The house is beautiful & tastefully decorated to a high standard. We were greeted by Wayne with a welcome tray of tea & cake each afternoon. Our room was spacious with a superb view over the fell. The room & ensuite bathroom were spotlessly clean,well furnished & with everything to make our stay comfortable. The breakfast menu is generous and offers a wide variety which caters for all appetites & diets. We will certainly be returning to stay next year. Thank you both very much.

We had a delightful stay at this charming Bed and Breakfast. The host couple went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and comfortable throughout our break. Their warm hospitality created a truly inviting atmosphere. Not to mention, the breakfast they served was absolutely wonderful, adding an extra touch of enjoyment to our stay. Highly recommended for a relaxing getaway!

Absolutely fabulous. Had a one night stay while walking north to JOG. Jan & Wayne are excellent hosts. Quiet rooms, good amenities and excellent breakfast. Highly recommend. Our bedroom view attached.

Stayed here for a night on the 15th August. Wayne was very friendly throughout, cooked a beautiful breakfast and the room was very nice and clean. We could come and go as we pleased and Wayne also let us keep our bikes inside to keep them safe. Top notch, would deffo go again.
