We are situated in the picturesque Yorkshire Dales market town of Hawes. Known for the production of the fantastic Wensleydale cheese, our livestock market and of course the outstanding natural beauty of the hills and dales beyond it truly is a wonderful place to live and work and I couldn’t have wished for a nicer place to bring up my children. It is indeed one of the most beautiful places in England.

My childhood dream of opening a shop became a reality on the 14th April 2006 when the doors were officially opened by my dear auntie Mary whose 80th birthday fell at the same time.

With no formal training in retail it has been quite a challenge but I had gained some experience working with my friend Jill who opened a shop in West Yorkshire and to whom I will be eternally grateful for giving me the confidence to go it alone.
