Do not buy from these guys! Went to see an Audi A4, I travelled up from Bristol after asking multiple questions. “Are the wheels in good condition?” Yes “is there any damage to the car?” No “is the inside of the car in good condition?” Yes. I asked all these questions and explained I was travelling up from Bristol and they said the car was in good condition. It was absolutely battered, all four wheels were kurbed within an inch of their lives, I mean they were destroyed! The inside was also shocking, scratches everywhere and in bad condition, the engine management light came on as soon as I started the car. The front bumper had bad damage, you could see here someone tried to repair it and was glued, the back bumper was also damaged and badly scratched. To say I was fuming would be an understatement and it felt like they couldn’t care less, I felt like an inconvenience to them. No one even showed me around the car, they just gave me the keys and walked off. I demanded my £200 deposit back, they put it in writing on an email that they would refund it to me and I’ve now chased them about 20 times on email and they haven’t given me my money back. I will now be reporting them to the ombudsmen for lying to me multiple times! Do not buy from these guys if you want a good car and a good service as this is not the place for it. The photo of this car is absolute nonsense!

Well looked at reviews and thought oh dear! But they had the car i wanted 5k lower than the cheapest I could find. X3 M40D 2019 at trade price, so thought I've gotta have a look! It's now on my drive and wow! I love it!!! The lad I dealt with this morning (sorry dint get ya name) was just such a nice bloke no pushy sales very helpful and a credit to the trade! Ignore the idiot reviews and go see for yourselves. Best dealer I've ever dealt with

Absolut scammers stay well away from their type. Bought a Mercedes than 3 month later the cars engine gone, the chain messed up the whole engine. Was promising that they will resolve the problem. All I got as a customer was shouted at when I gone back to see them in person. " billy" the manager who don't look like a billy but whatever..... was promising everything to get me out of their office, of course nothing happened. Taking it forward now to small claims court

Don’t use these cowboys at all!! Bought an Audi s3 8v off them, they claimed the misfire was due to ‘needing a coil pack’, I drove off and fitted the coil pack as soon as I got home - didn’t get rid of it So I did what I could…ended up that the PCV valve needed changing and inlet manifold aswel. Full diagnostics shows that it needs a new engine - 6k down the drain on a new engine and an extra 2k on other parts. Don’t use! Absolute shambles of a company
