I used to use this place when it was Motorquip and was real sad when took over by JPN Autoparts, however JPN upgraded the parts they don't sell cheap parts. When I used to ring and get a estimate one can be put off, but they not selling cheap parts they selling quality. I brought a Catalytic converter when they gave me a estimate I thought it was expensive, but i needed it urgently so brought it but found out it was the top brand Klarius and £60 cheaper then eBay over £200 cheaper the Europarts for the same brand, so what can one say cheap parts don't last, so I can recommend and service was polite and friendly so certainly use again.
It's a while since I have been here and it is under new management with some new staff. I spoke to Shouna and ordered a spring for my A4 B5 calling by a couple of days later to pick it up. Very pleasant and knowledgeable lady. The spring did the job too. I have just fitted it. The lead time on this spring was much better than that of some internet sellers. Parts for my car are getting harder to find as it's 25 years old.
Quality service professional staff decent parts decent price ,if they don't have what you need on site it's ordered for you next day sometimes same day if they can just gets the job done 👍
After a hopeless week decided to treat the motorcycle to its pre summer bath rust treatment, managed to find exactly what I was looking for with social distancing measure in place glad to have visited the store was very much needed spent roughly £30.00 on hammerrite rust treatment works just as well as ACF50, few microfiber cloths WD40 with the swivel straw, Carb cleaner.
Very helpful happy with service and parts ordered good quality. Couldn't as for s better service deserves 5 stars
