Keighley Health Centre

I have been here several times recently for blood tests, my wife today had a appointment for a x-ray, we were back in the car within 9 minutes, the staff were really pleasant, it's just so well run is this practice. Brilliant!!! And a lot easier than going to Airedale hospital.

Be nice if the phone number actually worked I have an xray booked and need to call but the phone just does a constant engaged tone

Dishonest staff. Lady on phone was rude and not really helpfull, no communication skills at all. Made a booking for 3.25pm blood test. Came 5 mins late due to traffic, you would expect a small delay due to traffic, and women in reception office didnt take any details down not even a name she just said go to waiting area. Another women seated us and said wait here Sat there for a good 20 minutes so we asked one of the staff if they knew we were here, she says they have gone home. So i went back to the receptionist and said we had booking that we have the text message from the health center aswell, and all she could say was they finish at 3.30. So why take a booking and make us wait for 20 mins? Disgusting.

Very positive experience It’s a big like a maze but I asked 2 people; one on reception and one on the corridor where I needed to go and they were friendly and helpful Lady at the desk was welcoming and polite and staff doing procedure explained things clearly and in a nice manner. Couldn’t fault it. Was in and out very quickly. Thankyou

Absolute credit to Keighley. I've been coming here since i was in my teens for 1 reason or another, the staff are brilliant, patient (no pun intended) & sorted any problems I had. Shame to see so many poor reviews based on things out of their control. Just think if this ever shut, i guarantee a private health care centre would open in it's place.
