I approached The Motor Hive for some servicing requirements on my RR. Initially I dealt with Katie who is very polite, and explained my options, costing etc. Katie made availability for a courtesy car to use as I live quite far away, and we made a booking. When I dropped the car off I received the same level of excellent, friendly service and left it in their capable hands. Elliot called me mid servicing to advise of any issues and go through options. Pricing and costs were explained over the phone so no surprises at the invoicing stage, and the car was complete in a timely manner. Upon collection, business as usual with the customer service and another post-repair chat with Elliot to go over the car. My RRS developed a coolant leak, requiring recovery. Even so it is holiday time, they did their best to fit me in. Issue was diagnosed within hours and fully fixed, serviced and ready within 2 days of the impromptu drop off. They even tightened my front drop links. The car felt great upon collection . First time I have been here, but it is now my favourite go to place for my car.
