Lovely park with separate play area for small children. Outdoor gym & football playing field. Lots of choice of play equipment including zip line.

A nice toddler park but not enough seating and the park for older kids has been allowed to fall into a state of disrepair. Most of the play equipment has been removed over the last 3 years and haxby council appear to have no plans to replace it. Could definitely do with something for older kids to do like a skate park.

It's a field with some playground equipment on it. Live local, great. If not, find another local field. Best of luck to those who read these reviews before deciding whether to go or not. Jesus H....

Dog park no ? You are not allowed to walk dogs on Ethel Ward as it's used all year round for sports . Its a lovely field and has a great park and plenty of room for sports. Only down side is the rubbish that gets left on a night from drinkers teenagers?? It's a total disgrace on some mornings with smashed glass on slides and the kids area , also spent time cleaning glass up from around goal posts.

Large play area for football, a park attached and gym equipment. I also love that no dogs are allowed on the field. There are lots of dog parks in Haxby so it's nice having a dog free space for adults and children.
