Went here today for the first time after having recently moved to the area. Best cut I’ve had in a long time. Cafe downstairs is not too bad either!
I got fed up with my lock down mop so took a chance and dropped in for a cut. I am very glad I did! I got the best haircut I've had for a long time. It has even drawn continuing very positive comments from my wife! Add to that good, bright, clean surroundings and a sociable barber. Well worth going out of your way to get your next cut here.
This shop has only been open since April 12th 2021, but Mark is very experienced at his craft, having had multiple shops elsewhere and recently moved to the area. The quality of the haircut was superb (even my wife was a fan!), turning my lockdown hair into something far more presentable - the premises was clean and spacious, safe and fully adhered to the new COVID regulations at the time. The quality of the hair cut was great and something you would expect from a City Centre offering. Mark was very friendly and you could tell he knows what he is doing. It was just Cash Only at the time due to technical problems (there was a sign on the door) but there was a cash machine next door at Sainsbury's. Definitely recommended.
Was looking for a new barber for my first haircut after lockdown 2 and very pleased that I found this place! Great haircut at a good price. Will be heading here again for sure.
