Fantastic service from Jack and the team at Clapham Commercials! Purchased a van just before the Christmas break and needed the van the day after New Year’s Day. Jack went above and beyond to get the it ready for me to get back to work, even coming in to handover on his day off! Thank you again!

The staff, Liam in particular who I dealt with was friendly, knowledgeable, and went out of their way to make sure I got the right vehicle for my needs. They answered all of my questions and made the buying process smooth and stress-free. The sales team wasn’t pushy, which I really appreciated. Excellent service. Booked last minute, twice, in as many weeks for Luton vans and they were confirmed the following morning for a competitive price. The 2 different vans I used were tidy, well maintained and I had no problems with them. The 2nd time I rented we had a spillage in the back and the staff were very good about it and we weren't charged anything for the cleaning. Overall an excellent service and we would recommend.

My business had two vans with Clapham and throughout the term they were fantastic. However we handed both vehicles back in March and have still been getting charged. Nobody seems interested in dealing with this issue and managing our refund. We just get fed the same line of "we will get this sorted and call you back" the call never comes. Great service to begin with but unfortunately won't be in consideration for our business next time around. 3/9/25 Spoke with James, "forward over everything and il get this sorted today, il respond to you email and call to update you later today" No reply so far. Same old lack communication. 4/9/25 Called to get an update from James, no answer.
