These guys can't do enough, they explain things to me on my level and don't treat me like an idiot. My circumstances sometimes mean I need a lift home or the car dropping off (I live about 30 seconds away). I do have one complaint though; they are too busy!!! You have to book, you can't just turn up and expect great service as a rule, but that's a sign of a good business isn't it? I have been taking all my vehicles to York Road Motors for years. It took me a while to find someone to trust, but once I found this family of Dad and 2 brothers, it was a no-brainer. I would not take my car anywhere else. This was proven when I changed my car. I was offered some sort of MOT and service package by the garage I purchased from. I took the car for the MOT 11 months later, only for them to tell me it needed over £800 worth of work doing. I shut them down straight away and said I did not have that sort of money. I said I would SORN it. They immediately started back tracking, saying not everything was essential. Again I shut the conversation down and said I would be there to pick the car up. I walked away from this garage, straight back to York Road Motors and guess what, yes it failed, but nowhere near the value of £800 worth. York Road Motors, trustworthy, reliable, respectful and friendly, I really would not go anywhere else

Absolutely fantastic service, just bought my Volvo from here, great friendly service, going above and beyond. this is a family run business dating back decades. Highly Recommended ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆

We went to another dealer looking for a car on the A64 they were complete slimeballs!! So we saw a car we liked at York Rd Motors and went and had a look. Now these guys know how to treat customers. Nothing too much trouble and very likable guys. So we happily bought the car. Not many honest garages left these days. 10 out of 10 very happy!!

York road motors. I've used this garage for more than 20 years. I've always found them very helpful polite honest and a very good service. They always have time for customers giving advice, no job to big, the quality of work is 100%. Reasonable priced. A good team always willing to help.
