I experienced the owner being extremely rude, clients being spoke of in the salon and Saturday girl also being spoke off. Poor haircut also on more than one occasion. Owner puts phone down without saying goodbye. After having difficulties with lack of professionalism- then get hurled abuse on social media and extremely offensive rude remarks via telephone communication. 100% not my choice if hairdresser. If this floats people boat! Each to their own but not for me. 😡

Sammi is amazing, professional and friendly, put me at ease as ive never been before. Due to trains on strike I couldn't get to my usual hairdressers. Sammi had a cancellation and also did a patch test prior to appointment. Lovely relaxed salon,nothing was too much trouble. Sammi gave some advice on my hair. Love the colour i chose. I will definitely be back and booked in again. 😀

I've been getting my hair cut by Joe for many years, and he always does a great job. Very patient with my autistic daughter too. Lovely atmosphere in the salon, highly recommended.
