I have used Neil's services twice for different window issues. One for condensation, which he quickly sorted by fitting vents on old windows, then glazed patio doors that were drafty as they hadn't been fitted properly. Both issues quickly sorted, with a smile and very reasonably. I now have a warm house and not wasting heating and money!

Neil was simply fantastic. Due to an estate being built behind us over the last 2 takers we simply had not opened our PVC windows due to dust etc and naturally they had seized up. In all we needed 5 windows sorted. Neil had the job done within an hour and had serviced all the other windows. He arrived exactly when he said he would and the bill was below the estimate. Left the areas he worked spotless and also gave us advice on a spray that would ensure that we’d not have the same problems in the future. The windows were installed nearly 20 years ago and we were worried we’d have to replace them!! I cannot recommend him highly enough. First rate job and service.

Our garage personnel door was jammed shut and we suspected the mechanism had failed. Neil replied extremely quickly to our initial enquiry and was able to identify the problem immediately from the details and photos we provided. He offered different options and recommended the cheaper of the two. Neil’s communication was excellent; always clear, prompt, friendly and helpful. When he arrived the job was a little more tricky and involved than originally anticipated. Neil honoured the original quote and ensured he left us details of the 10yr warranty for the new mechanism. One of my windows wouldn't close properly and Neil worked out the issue really quickly, quoted for the job and got on with sorting the issue right on the spot. The work was professional and he left everything neat as a pin. Be aware you might need to leave a voicemail or text when you first call him but he will get back to you as soon as he can. He's understandably in high demand.
