Having just returned from a Cruise Holiday with P&O Cruises, all booked through Rachel, I can safely say I will be using her for all my holidays in the future. Rachel has been fantastic from start to finish-helping us with inspiration for our choice of holiday, getting everything booked, pointing us in the right direction for trips, paperwork, planning, the list goes on. Rachel goes above and beyond helping people to have the best holidays they can have. If you haven’t already used Rachel for booking your holidays, then I strongly suggest you start. It’s honestly been so easy and stress free, Andy friend and I cannot thank her enough. 5 stars for sure 🌟

We just got back from a fantastic trip to Milan, arranged by Rachel. Rachel is highly experienced and extremely professional. We gave her a list of our wishes, and she met every one of them, carefully listening to ensure our city break was perfect. Our hotel was centrally located, just as we wanted. Rachel even went the extra mile by arranging a gift to be delivered to our room upon arrival. Her communication is excellent. When our original flight was cancelled before the trip, Rachel immediately contacted us and secured a flight for the same day. Thank you for all your help, Rachel. We will definitely book with you again and can’t recommend you to our family and friends enough! X

We’ve done 2 holidays through Rachel now and what a lovely woman she is!! She’s so good at finding hotels for your needs and what you’d be happy with. She takes a lot of her time to make sure your holiday is perfect including contacting the hotel to make sure it’s all ready for you before you go! As well as this there’s always a lovely gift at the hotels waiting for you from her. I’d always go with Rachel now for booking a holiday & she looks after you from home which is really lovely 🥰

Would recommend Rachel and All Aspects to everyone. She found the perfect villa for my holiday. We gave her a long list of non negotiables for the location, facilities, flight time and dates. She was able to work within our requirements and budget to find the perfect spot. We were given a range of villa to chose from, each of which we’d never have found ourselves. Extremely knowledgeable friendly, spot on service and covers all details and admin so you just have to turn up! Will definitely use again!

Recently came back from a lovely family cruise which Rachel booked for us. I've always done my own bookings in the past but Rachel has changed my view about booking a holiday! She was so helpful and attentive from beginning to end, she listened and responded to our needs and her help and support took all the hassle out of organising the trip. It was especially in the little touches like organising a birthday bouquet for my daughter as it was her birthday, printing out all our documents and checking at every step along the way that we were OK, right up to welcoming us home after the trip.
