Visited the store on Sunday 27th January 2026. Very well laid out with great choices, excellent sales service and advice from Sean Baker. We immediately purchased some new mobility devices from them, we have used CareCo frequently online but it was delightful to get some human interaction and care. Our needs were all taken into consideration and the best equipment was shown to us in their new showroom. Shall be visiting again.

Very nice showroom, well layed out and bright, hannah ce to us with a very warm welcome, she listened to what we were looking for and offered good advice , showed us to jist what we were looking for , not pushy sales at all which was very nice. Finished off with a lovely cup of coffee.

We met Simon on arrival at CareCo today. He was very friendly and made us feel welcome. His knowledge of the products was excellent and he patiently went through all the pros and cons in relation to my circumstances. He gave us time to decide and we never felt under any pressure to buy anything. Having made our choice Simon then explained the insurance and guarantee in enough detail without making it boring and jargonistic (if that is even a word). All in all he made the experience easy and there was even humour thrown in which is always helpful. Highly recommended! 👍

Sean at Careco York was very helpful & very patient while we tried many different wheelchairs but we got there in the end. Thank you Sean for all your patience & help 😁
