Small store, but friendly staff who were able to help me with my parcel.

I have just been spoken to your rudely by a very unhappy looking ‘older ‘ female assistant on paying for my fuel. I have used this service station and store many years. Generally the staff are very friendly. I think I will look for somewhere else to go in the future. Feeling quite shocked at her unpleasantness as I am a friendly grateful customer. We all have bad days at work. Please don’t take it out on customers!

Local garage, shop and post office all rolled into one. Great selection of items and even a Costa machine. Reasonable prices with good access from the main road. Has a small car park at the rear if you are not getting petrol - please use it as parking in the tyre fill area just blocks access and causes a back up on the main road. It makes it more painful when I'm heading home!

I went there this morning for my partner to get petrol and decided to get a coffee. There was a coffee placed there and I asked whose it was, no one answered so I moved it to the side and after I did this they said it was the delivery drivers. (I had already pressed the button for the coffee at this point and only put their coffee to the side). One of the shopkeepers was muttering under her breath that rather than waiting I went on, and no patience. I ingnored to start with but she just kept going. I answered and said that I didn't know whether someone had poured it and left it there as it has happened in the shop I used to work at all the time. She stopped after this but she left me with a foul mood. Other shopkeepers were polite but non of them actually told her to not speak to me like that way when she was being rude to me. Even the delivery driver had no issue with me moving his coffee so I don't know what her issue was.

Driven all the way to the Post office to send my parcel. Was told the post office is closed so a totally wasted journey. It needs to be staffed an open as per the allocated times.
