This is a great venue for children’s events and parties. Trainmaster North & East Yorkshire have regular sessions here and the venue is perfect for it. Huge car park and a great hall. Really good toilet and changing facilities too. The hall committed are always helpful and rates are very reasonable.
Haxby United Charities event today. The hall and the helpers are brilliant. Everything you need to host an event.
Town Council office door needs a coat of paint.
All OK except when I needed toilet the disabled toilet is not big enough for myself, my scooter and the wife to assist me. My legs no longer work so I rely on my arms and the toilet rails, 1 at either side of the cistern. Then I will still have some dignity.
A 19th century building that was built to last it is quite spacious clean and tidy and been modernised inside, can accommodate up to 150 + people , the building can be rented for various functions. The toilets are modern and well kept there is a decent size car park, the decor is fresh and well lit , all this in the lovely village of Haxby. Great place.
