Liam has been absolutely amazing he really helped us out with something we were struggling with regarding the kids’ school admissions and a few other questions we had. He was incredibly polite, patient, and understanding, especially as I get easily overwhelmed at times. Liam took his time to explain everything clearly and made the whole process feel much easier. He’s very professional, quick on the keyboard, and genuinely kind. I truly appreciate his help and highly recommend him for his professionalism and patience. Thank you so much, Liam
Rudest security man ever. Physically stopped entry to the building despite it not closing for another 3 minutes and had ZERO understanding or compassion for a hospital worker clearly in desperate need. Despite going to this building for use of the post office many times at this time of day due to working hours with no other issues in the past. Total power trip. I would have maybe had more understanding (for post office workers, not him) if he handled the situation in literally any other way than the tone and body language I was met with immediately.
I had to print off an application form on a PC yesterday, and a really nice tall lady was really helpful, and another guy was also extremely helpful behind the desk, too
I went here to study in my final term of university only to be harassed by a drunk older man (im a young girl) . He pulled a chair up right against me and rubbed his arm against me. He told me he was trying to make me uncomfortable. The staff saw what was going on and did nothing, I called out to them and I was met with silence. Why do you have a security guard if they’re not going to step in in these situations?
The facility itself is alright, but sometimes the staff speak SO loudly and incessantly- isn’t a library supposed to be quiet? It’s not even like they were taking calls, it was just random conversations with each other. There should be a quiet zone or something at least
